Fuel, provided by Vyze Tech LLP ("we," "our," or "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS application (the "App") collects, uses, and safeguards your information, with a strict emphasis on on-device processing and user privacy.

By using Fuel, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Core Privacy Principle: On-Device First

Fuel is designed to operate primarily on your device. We do not have access to your personal data, exercise history, screen time habits, or the photos/videos you take within the app. All core processing—including computer vision for exercise tracking and screen time monitoring—happens locally on your iPhone or via your personal Apple iCloud account.

2. Information We Access and How We Use It

To provide our core features, Fuel requires access to specific iOS device capabilities. We request these permissions explicitly, and you can revoke them at any time in your iOS Settings.

A. Health App Data (HealthKit)

Fuel requests read access to your Apple Health data (specifically, Step Count) to convert your daily physical activity into "Fuel" (Social Bucks).

• Usage: We only read this data to update your in-app currency balance.
• Protection: We do not store your HealthKit data on any external servers. HealthKit data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing/advertising purposes.

B. Camera & Vision Framework

Fuel requests Camera access to verify exercises (Pushups, Squats, Planks) and Photo Quests (e.g., "Touch Grass").

• Usage: The camera feed is processed in real-time on your device using Apple's Vision framework to count repetitions and validate form.
• Protection: We do not record, save, or transmit your live video feed or photos to any external servers. All computer vision pose estimation happens completely offline on your device's hardware. Any photos taken for "Photo Quests" or "Brain Fuel" thumbnails are stored locally on your device.

C. "Social Lite" Web Browser

Fuel includes a "Social Lite" feature that acts as a secure sandbox browser for accessing social media platforms.

• Usage: You log into platforms directly via their official web interfaces.
• Protection: We do not intercept, view, or store your passwords, keystrokes, or account information. Your sessions are managed via standard local browser cookies (similar to Safari).

3. Data Storage and iCloud Sync

• Local Storage: Your transaction history (Fuel earned/spent), active streaks, saved "Brain Fuel" links, and custom settings are stored locally on your device.
• iCloud Sync: If enabled, your app data may be securely synced across your devices using your personal Apple iCloud account. We as developers cannot access your iCloud database.

4. Third-Party Analytics and Tracking

Fuel does not use third-party tracking SDKs (such as Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics) to track your behavior across other apps and websites. We do not participate in cross-app tracking. If we use basic crash reporting tools (e.g., Apple's native crash reporting), the data is entirely anonymized and contains no personally identifiable information.

5. Children's Privacy

Fuel does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Given our on-device architecture, we do not collect personal profiles of any users regardless of age. If you are a parent utilizing Fuel to manage a teenager's screen time, all data remains on their local device or family iCloud.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Because your data lives on your device, you have complete control over it:

• Revoke Permissions: You can withdraw access to Camera, HealthKit, or Screen Time at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security on your iPhone.
• Delete Data: Deleting the Fuel app from your device will permanently delete your local transaction history, streaks, and saved content.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or Apple App Store requirement changes. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App before the changes become effective.
